Shannon is a registered Massage Therapist with the Massage Therapists Association of Saskatchewan (MTAS).  She graduated from the Western College of Remedial Massage Therapies here in Regina in 2002.  She continued her connection with the college as an instructor in Practical classes, Physiology and Pathology until 2020.  

 She has a special interest in Pregnancy and Labour and Delivery Support Massage (Doula Services).  She continues to expand this knowledge with her clients and clinic partners through instruction of the Understanding the Pregnant Pelvis and Labour and Delivery Support Classes that she delivers with Janie Lysack.  

Shannon is currently working with the Sask Selects Football program on injury management and assessment and has traveled with the teams on their tournament trips to Las Vegas and San Antonio. She has worked with various professional and amateur athletes for the past two decades.

Modalities of therapy that Shannon offers include tradition Swedish massage, IASTM work, Vacuum cupping, as well as myofascial work.  Areas of specialization include TMJ dysfunction, pregnancy massage and football injuries.

Shannon offers treatment for work related injuries and motor vehicle claims.
