Crystal graduated from the Western College of Remedial Massage Therapies in 2017, and registered with the Canadian Massage and Manual Osteopathic Therapists Association (CMMOTA).

Since 2017 she has also become certified in Myofascial cupping, Hot Stone massage and Sports Therapy. Crystal combines relaxation and therapeutic techniques to target and address every clients needs in hopes to return them to function. She believes that with the use of massage, exercise and targeted stretches, she can help her clients feel their best.

Being an athlete herself, she understands the aches, pains and injuries that come with training. Crystal’s passion for helping others drives her to continue to gain knowledge each and every day.
